The Ender Hand is an item added by the Botania mod. It allows a player to access their Ender Chest inventory at the cost of some Mana. Using the Hand of Ender on another player will open their Ender Chest at a higher Mana cost.
The Rod of the Shifting Crust can pull items from the user's Ender Chest if this item is in their inventory.
