An Production Upgrade can upgrade an Industrial Apiary which will allow to increase the normal production rate of Bees by 20%, but this comes at the cost of 20% increased energy usage. An Industrial Apiary can have a maximum of 8 Production Upgrade for a maximal production rate. Adding multiple Production Upgrades to a single Industrial Apiary it will work multiplicatively, so adding 8 Production Upgrades will result in a production factor of ~4.30x
