The Bacon Gun is an item added by the Portal Gun mod. It shoots two custom colored portals that can be configured in the Portal Gun mod settings file. The bacon portal gun is intended for use on a multiplayer server. It acts as a personal Portal Gun which isn't shared with between players, unlike the normal Portal Gun, Atlas Portal Gun, or P-Body Portal Gun.
